Headroom Audit

Cookie notice

Last updated: 6 November 2026

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics, without analytics cookies. No advertising pixels are installed.

What the site stores in your browser

The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If you change the analytics preference below, we save that choice in localStorage under headroom-analytics-disabled so it can be respected on future visits. Enquiry answers and limited campaign tags are held in the current page’s memory until you submit or leave; they are not saved by the site to your device. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore a page.

When you submit an enquiry

Your answers, reference number and limited campaign tags are sent to our server and saved privately. This is not a tracking cookie. The privacy notice explains what is recorded, why and for how long.

Fonts, analytics and external services

Fonts and images are served by this website. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, referring sites, approximate location and browser/device types. It uses a temporary request-based hash rather than analytics cookies and does not track you across websites. Our integration removes query strings and URL fragments from the page addresses it reports, and does not send enquiry form contents or custom events. See Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation.

We do not load Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Meta or LinkedIn tracking pixels, embedded videos, chat widgets or advertising networks.

Hosting and security are provided by Vercel. Essential security measures may operate when needed, for example to protect the service against abusive requests. A Vercel preview opened with its developer toolbar or sign-in protection can have additional provider storage; that is separate from the public site’s own code.

Why there is no accept-all banner

We do not use advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic without analytics cookies, and you can turn it off below. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser preferences. If other tracking is introduced, we will assess its requirements, update these notices and obtain consent before it runs where consent is required. A privacy notice is not a substitute for consent.

Your analytics preference

Analytics preferences require JavaScript. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are also respected.

Your browser settings

You can inspect, block or remove cookies and site data using your browser’s privacy settings. This site’s enquiry flow does not rely on an advertising or analytics cookie.
